Austrian BBQ Champion Jürgen Gschwendtner offers food truck and barbecue catering, hands-on BBQ courses, as well as premium spices and gourmet products in Vienna and Lower Austria.
About the team
Team Grillkoch was founded by Jürgen Gschwendtner in 2019 with the goal of combining two worlds: professional culinary craftsmanship and precise grilling.
What began as a shared passion developed into a well-coordinated team of experienced chefs, grill masters and pastry chefs. We regularly take on new challenges at national and international competitions, including the 2022 World Barbecue Championship in Belgium.
Today, we apply our expertise not only in competitions, but also at catering events, live cooking shows and BBQ courses. Every team member has a clearly defined role, but our standard is always the same: thorough preparation, perfect timing and authentic flavour.
We work with focus, reliability and a genuine passion for our craft. For us, great BBQ is not about special effects, but about experience, teamwork and precise control of fire and temperature.
